What Is True Holistic Care?

Mind and body are intertwined and inseparable. Holistic care can be described as healing the mind to address the body, and addressing the body to heal the mind. “Mind” is both conscious and unconscious. The unconscious mind is responsible for muscle and joint pain when it restricts movement because previous pain or injury has led to expectations of pain. This can be called muscle PTSD.
For dealing with mental and emotional difficulties, including relationship or work issues, fear, depression, self-doubt, or anxiety, the brain’s expectations are also involved. The anticipation of pain, rejection, or social failure alters the activity of organs, muscles, hormones, and energy flows. The experience of these alterations in the body is a signal to the mind that there is something wrong with us. True Holistic Care systematically unwinds this chain of negative expectations, addressing each part of the mind and body stuck in a defensive reaction. Symptom relief comes from restoring function.
Both physical and psychic pain, we see, are caused by expectations of negative outcomes. What needs to be treated is the brain’s expectation of pain, which becomes the cause of the pain.

What Is LIFE-MIND ReBoot?

LIFE-MIND ReBoot is a mind-body focused approach designed to help interrupt repetitive emotional patterns, stress responses, and mental tension that can affect physical health. The goal is to create a reset that supports greater clarity, calmness, and emotional balance in a short session. Many patients use it as part of a broader holistic care plan to support both mental and physical healing.

What Is MUSCLE Rebooting?

Every musculoskeletal injury as well as pain or other stress, causes muscles to shut down — they are weak when tested because the brain inhibits them. This is called muscle PTSD. Exercise, physical therapy, or chiropractic alone will not reverse muscle PTSD. Muscle rebooting is a special process that erases the trauma-muscle associations, immediately restoring function to affected muscles. This alone will often reverse both acute and chronic pain. Even acute injuries that we assume will take days or weeks to heal, like sprains of the back, ankles, or hamstrings, can heal rapidly when the muscles are functioning correctly.

Can Holistic Care Help with Back and Neck Pain?

Yes. Muscle PTSD is found in every case of neck and back pain. Rebooting the neck and back muscles, along with other supporting muscles like the abdominals and glutes, often rapidly relieves neck and back pain. Chiropractic adjustment is often a part of the treatment of neck and back conditions. When muscle weakness is corrected, the cause of the pain is addressed. This improves alignment, reduces tension, and supports long-term relief.
